WASTE, C.J. William P. Drummey and Aubrey Wilson were duly licensed embalmers. Wilson was also a duly licensed funeral director, doing business under the name of Wilson and Kratzer. The State Board of Funeral Directors and Embalmers, after complaints had been filed, notice given and a hearing held, found both of the above-named parties guilty of several violations of the Funeral Directors and Embalmers Law (Stats. 1929, p. 258) in that, on each of several specified occasions, they unlawfully solicited business in violation of section 15 of the act as amended in 1933 (Stats. of 1933, p. 763).
